Dismantling of Groups 3, 4 and 5 of the Compostilla Thermoelectric Plant

This project adds experience to Ambigroup's already vast curriculum in terms of the dismantling and demolition of large thermoelectric plants in the Iberian Peninsula.

Endesa selected Ambigroup to carry out a project of great technical complexity, involving more than a hundred workers, with 80% of the human resources being local, thus promoting employability and involvement of the local community in a project with an estimated duration of more than 4 years.

The methodologies and techniques used in the work will allow the development of selective demolition processes, with segregation and use of the majority of waste, which, combined with the principles of the circular economy, will enable its reuse and incorporation back into the production circuit, minimizing the fraction of waste whose final destination is landfill.
