Dismantling of Spheres

Recifemetal España/Ambigroup was selected by REPSOL to carry out the dismantling of 3 ethylene storage spheres, in the polypropylene factory of the Repsol Industrial Complex in Puertollano (Cidade Real, Spain).

The work will take place inside the Industrial Complex (Refinery), meaning it will be subject to strict work procedures and safety rules.

The metallic spheres, measuring around 10 meters in diameter, will be dismantled using water jet cutting techniques. The work will be supported by our Liebherr LTM 1230 crane.
